There are no formulas to making changes in your life. Each person is a unique individual. I customize my counselling approach to meet your personal needs. I draw from many different counselling modalities such as Client Centred, Humanistic Therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Psychodynamic Therapies, and Mindfulness based approaches. It is this individualized approach, combined with proven techniques, that help individuals and families reach their goals that go beyond symptom relief and achieve long-lasting change.
My joys in life are my kids and grandkids. I also used to be quite active in sports until recent injuries sidelined me but I’m still a huge baseball fan.
