My focus is using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help families live a life of meaning, joy and vitality. ACT combines mindfulness skills with the practice of self-acceptance. In today’s age of social media, we are getting more and more disconnected, my focus is on living life connected to values in the present moment.
I am an avid runner and backcountry hiker who loves connecting with nature. I enjoy riding and have practiced yoga for 5 years.
